About Me

Hello, I’m Wade Paschall. I am a marketing professional and leader who has spent my 25-year career in marketing and advertising as a Chief Marketing Officer, agency partner, Creative Director, and writer.  In that time, I have gained an invaluable perspective on building successful brands and businesses from the client side and agency side, the creative side and business side.

I am a big believer in the power of culture and its role in building a sustainably high-performing organization. As a leader, I pride myself on being empathetic and transparent, creating an environment where my team feels safe to openly speak their minds and are as supported in their failures as they are in their successes.

I spent over two decades as a writer and creative director, honing my craft, solving business problems through creativity, and turning data-driven insights into business-building (and award-winning) strategies and ideas. More recently, as a Chief Marketing Officer, I’ve fully embraced the science of marketing. Leveraging data and analytics, establishing end-to-end tracking, measurement, and reporting structures, and developing insights from customer behavior and feedback.

Tapping into my experience as an advertising creative has made me a better CMO, and my role as CMO has helped me to re-evaluate marketing communication strategies and advertising in new ways that has led to more effective work.

In addition to my wealth of experience working on brands from start-ups (including my own) to established - even legendary - brands such as Jack Daniel’s, I bring a deep understanding of broadcast production and a broad network of freelance and contract resources including researchers, strategists, designers, art directors, writers, media planners, producers, web developers, mar-tech and other disciplines.
